At Good Spirit, we stand by the intention and energy behind each product we offer. We want you to feel aligned and satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't fit quite right energetically or physically, However, in an effort to maintain product integrity, not offer refunds at this time, only Exchanges within 30-days of purchase.
30-Day Exchange Policy
If your item doesn’t resonate with you, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

Item must be free of stains, scents, damage, or alterations

Item must be returned in the original packaging, including tags and inserts
How to Request an Exchange:

Email us at GoodSpirit@GoodSpiritShop.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

If your item qualifies, we’ll provide instructions for shipping it back.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit or ship your exchange item.
Please Note:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit—please use a trackable shipping method.
- All Exchanges will be granted a $10 coupon for your next Good Spirit Shop Purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
